We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If for any reason, you wish to return your purchase you may do so within 14 working days from your order date and receive a full refund.
A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned strictly within the time frame stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.
A refund will only be guaranteed provided the item is in its original condition, all tags are still in place and the item has not been worn or used. Please note that in the interest of hygiene, we do not accept any items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke. All goods will be inspected on return and they will be returned to you immediately if they are in breach of any of the conditions outlined above.
You are responsible for the goods until they arrive back to Style Kloset Boutique and you will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept back for credit, any item that does not adhere to our policy.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving at you that is faulty, we will, upon return, credit your account in full or replace the item where possible.

We ship all throughout Ireland, including Northern Ireland, an delivery is by courier. A standard shipping rate of €8 will apply when shipping within Ireland and €9.99 for all other European Union countries, including Northern Ireland. For all other countries, shipping costs are available on request.
Requests to ship to any other country can be facilitated by contacting us at styleklosetboutique@gmail.com
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, excluding weekends and bank holidays and please use a delivery address where someone will be present at the time of delivery (home or work) and a contact telephone number on which you can be contacted on the day of delivery.
Delivery is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
